🎃 Come As You Aren't
A Playful Halloween Community Yoga & Somatic Movement Experience
Friday, October 30 | 6:00–7:00 PM
Donation-Based | All Levels Welcome
Who says mindful movement has to be serious?
Join us for a playful Halloween edition of Community Yoga, where costumes are encouraged, laughter is welcome, and movement comes with a little extra mischief!
Through accessible yoga, creative somatic movement, playful challenges, and a few unexpected surprises, we'll explore what happens when we let go of expectations and give ourselves permission to play.
This lighthearted class invites you to move with curiosity, notice how your body responds to different movements and expressions, and discover the joy of being present in the moment.
✨ What to Expect
- A fun, accessible yoga flow with a Halloween twist
- Creative somatic movement and embodied exploration
- Playful challenges, laughter, and community connection
- Opportunities to explore movement, sensation, and self-expression
- A grounding, restful finish to bring us back to ourselves
Whether you arrive as a witch, a woodland creature, your favorite character, or simply yourself, you're invited to explore movement in a way that feels good to you.
👻 Costumes encouraged, never required! Choose something comfortable and safe to move in.
🧡 As always, Community Yoga is donation-based. All experience levels are welcome, including beginners.
Come as you aren't. Move as you are. Leave with a smile!
