About this Event
Come As You Are
An ADHD/AuDHD Community Meetup
November 7, 2026 • 1:00 PM
FREE EVENT • LIMITED TO 40 ATTENDEES
Have you ever wished you could meet other adults who simply understand?
Come join us for a relaxed, welcoming gathering created for adults with ADHD/AuDHD who want to connect with others, share experiences, and build community.
This is not a networking event where you have to walk into a room and immediately start talking to strangers.
It's not about being productive.
It's not about having everything figured out.
It's simply a space to connect with people who may understand some of the experiences you're navigating.
What to expect
• Casual introductions
• Optional conversation prompts
• Small-group conversations
• A scheduled break
• Community discussion
• Time to mingle and meet others
• A practical gentle-productivity resource to take home
This is a low-pressure gathering
You can participate as much or as little as feels comfortable.
Listening is participating.
Taking a break is okay.
You don't have to answer every question.
You don't have to explain your experience.
You can simply show up.
