Do you need to lose weight, want to get more active, or have Asthma, Diabetes or Heart Disease? Cycling can help you, just like it does us.
Or, do you just want to get out on your bike?
Starting from our clubroom the ride will be over a distance and pace to suit those that attend and will always include a stop for coffee (.. and cake)
We strongly recommend you wear a cycling helmet.
If you have any queries please do contact us either via here, or by visiting our clubroom on a Monday evening from 8pm (except bank-holidays)
