Slow down, settle in, and spend an afternoon painting the colors of fall with Cristie.
In this 3-hour guided painting workshop, we'll work from a beautiful seasonal still life filled with pumpkins, autumn leaves, florals, and rich fall colors. You'll learn how to look at the shapes, colors, light, and composition in front of you and translate what you see onto canvas.
Cristie will guide you step-by-step through the painting process, from creating your composition and blocking in shapes to layering color, adding details, and bringing your painting together. You'll receive plenty of encouragement and individual support along the way, making this workshop welcoming for brand-new painters as well as those with painting experience.
We will all be inspired by the same still life while allowing room for your own choices and artistic style. The goal isn't for everyone's painting to look the same—it's to help you feel confident creating a painting that feels like yours.
You'll work on a 16" × 20" canvas, and all supplies are included.
Come enjoy a few creative hours, explore the beautiful colors of the season, and leave with your own original fall painting.
