VQS Access Health, in partnership with Shield™ by Guardant Health, invites eligible adults to receive a simple blood-based colorectal cancer screening with an on-site phlebotomist. The event is designed to make preventive screening more convenient and accessible for the community.
Who may be eligible
Shield is intended for adults age 45 and older who are at average risk for colorectal cancer. Commercial insurance and Medicare coverage may be available, depending on eligibility and individual plan benefits.
