About this Event
Planning for college can feel overwhelming—but having the right information can make all the difference.
In this workshop, we’ll break down key topics, including how income and assets can affect financial aid, how college endowments may influence available financial assistance, and the differences between loans, grants, and scholarships.
Parents will also learn practical college-planning strategies to help them understand their options, avoid costly mistakes, and make more informed decisions as they prepare for one of their family’s biggest financial investments.
Best of all, your attendance directly supports your school’s GLU and DECA clubs! Simply by attending this informative workshop, you’re not only taking an important step toward preparing your family for college—you’re also helping support GLU and DECA students and their activities.
Our goal is simple: to help parents leave the workshop feeling more informed, more prepared, and more confident about navigating the college planning process—all while supporting their school’s GLU and DECA programs.
