College and university students are invited to College Night at The Met!
Join us for an exclusive after-hours event featuring food, drinks, a DJ, and a dance floor in the Museum’s iconic Great Hall. Enjoy drop-in drawing, jewelry making, a photo booth, a temporary tattoo station, and a student dance performance.
You can also visit our galleries, including the newly opened Condé M. Nast Galleries featuring the exhibition behind this year’s Met Gala, .
Designs by the finalists of the 2026 Costume Institute College Fashion Design Competition in both 2D and 3D fashion design will be on display all night, and winners will be announced during the evening. Come by to check out the designs and cast a vote for the People’s Choice award.
You are encouraged to wear something festive inspired by , which explores the body across time and space.
This event is open to currently enrolled college and university students with a valid student ID. Doors will close when at capacity, so an early arrival is suggested.
