Healing Through Art: Collage WorkshopJoin the Mesquite Arts Center for a free Saturday morning art workshop led by local artist Eric Thayer. This hands-on collage workshop will introduce participants to creative practices that explore the connection between art, meditation, and mindfulness.
Participants will explore mark-making and collage techniques as a way to slow down, reflect, and engage in creative expression. No prior art experience is required. The workshop is designed to provide an opportunity for participants to explore creativity in a welcoming and supportive environment.
