Wir widmen dieses Treffen Gesprächen rund um Arbeit und Karriere – ohne Fachjargon, ohne Druck und ohne das Gefühl, schon auf alles eine Antwort haben zu müssen.
Wir können über ganz praktische Themen sprechen: deinen Lebenslauf, Bewerbungen, Vorstellungsgespräche, deine Präsenz auf LinkedIn oder Gehaltsverhandlungen. Wir können aber auch einen Schritt zurücktreten und das größere Bild betrachten: Was kannst du gut? Was möchtest du? Was hält dich vielleicht gerade zurück? Und wo möchtest du als Nächstes hin?
Und vor allem: Arbeitsthemen in den Kontext deines Lebens einordnen.
Ganz egal, ob du gerade am Anfang deiner beruflichen Laufbahn stehst, etwas verändern möchtest oder bereit für den nächsten Schritt bist – die Idee ist ganz einfach:
