About this Event
Winter weather is right around the corner. While road salt helps keep our roads, sidewalks, and driveways safe, too much salt can have a lasting impact on our local waterways.
Join us for an engaging program with Simone White exploring how road salt affects water quality, the surrounding environment, and the health of our watershed.
We’ll share practical, easy-to-follow tips we can all use to reduce salt over-application while still keeping winter surfaces safe.
- Presentation begins at 9 AM | Doors open at 8:30 AM
- Coffee, tea, and light refreshments will be provided. Bring your reusable mug!
- FREE and open to the public
