About this Event
Whether you're buying for the first time or it’s just been a few years since you last went through the process, this free workshop is designed to help you feel confident about your next move.
In just one hour, we’ll walk through the homebuying process in plain language, break down what’s happening in today’s market, and answer your real questions without the sales pitch. You'll get up-to-date info and practical tips from a local mortgage advisor and real estate pro who actually get what it’s like to be in your shoes.
What We’ll Cover:
- The full homebuying process, start to finish
- What pre-approval really means and how to get started
- How much you actually need for a down payment today
- First-time buyer programs & down payment assistance options
- What monthly payments look like in the current market
- What the market’s doing right now, plus a snapshot of local listings
This is a good fit if:
- You’re renting and wondering if buying is within reach
- You bought a home years ago and need a refresher on what’s changed
- You’re casually browsing Redfin or Zillow and feeling unsure
- You want to understand your options without any pressure
