Calling all coffee people in NWI! Whether you're behind the bar, roasting in your garage, running a shop, or just really into your morning pour-over, come hang out with us for smashburgers and a coffee bean swap.
How the swap works: Bring a bag of beans you love (or one that's not quite your thing) and trade it for something new. No beans? No problem. Come anyway, eat a burger, and talk coffee.
What to expect:
Fresh smashburgers off the griddle
A bean swap table
A special coffee treat made just for the occasion
An info table about what we're building
Cost: Donation-based. A suggested $5 helps cover food.
This is the first gathering of a new coffee community for Northwest Indiana. We want your input on where it goes next, like the events you'd want to see (classes, competitions, shop takeovers, farmer visits) and even what we call ourselves. We'll have a quick poll at the event.
