About this Event
Coffee Morning with Essex Babylab
Join Dr Liam Chawner and guest speaker Liz Sands for a Babylab Coffee Morning exploring good practices in how we feed our young children.
Liam will share insights from developmental science about how the foods we offer, alongside parenting practices and mealtime expectations, can shape children's eating behaviours and preferences.
After the short talk, Liz Sands will discuss her role in supporting families with infant feeding and early nutrition, and share practical insights into the resources and support available within the community.
