Brooklyn works with kids, teens, and young adults ages 7 to 25, offering both in-person and virtual therapy. She incorporates expressive arts strategies into her work and supports clients navigating anxiety, overthinking, people-pleasing, self-esteem, depression, and big emotions.
Brooklyn is also the author of the published workbook A Teen Guide to Hope, Healing, and Being Human, created to help teens explore their emotions, build coping skills, and better understand themselves.
