If you're a tourism partner in Niagara-on-the-Lake, you're invited for a hands-on morning to update your Extranet account.
The Tourism Niagara-on-the-Lake Extranet Partner Portal is a dedicated space for all tourism stakeholders to manage their listing on niagaraonthelake.com. For those that have not logged in to the account or need help updating account information, this seminar is a comfortable place to start. Our team will walk you through the portal step-by-step and offer guidance to anyone looking for extra help. No technical experience is needed!
By the end of the session, your account will be updated, your listing complete, and you'll know how to return to it on your own as changes arise.
Pre-Session Checklist
Registered attendees will receive an access email 24 hours prior to the session date. Please come prepared with that email, alongside the following items.
- Laptop
- 1 to 3 high resolution images of your property (logos will not be accepted)
- Short description of your property and the experience you offer
- All social media and website links, readily available
- General contact information including an address, phone number, and email
