Through thought-provoking questions about self-love, healing, confidence, and boundaries, the game encourages open conversations in a safe, judgment-free space.
Meet Nicole Almonte-Mateo
Nicole Almonte-Mateo is a proud Puerto Rican and Dominican woman, mother of two, corporate professional, entrepreneur, and founder of Self Love Table Talk. Since launching the game in August 2023, Nicole has been passionate about empowering women to embrace vulnerability, celebrate personal growth, and build meaningful connections. Her mission is to remind women that self-love is a journey and no one has to navigate life's different seasons alone.
