About this Event
Thinking about buying a new construction home but not sure where to start?
Coffee Before You Buy New is a casual, no-pressure conversation where you can grab a cup of coffee with me and ask your questions about buying new construction.
We can talk about the buying process, choosing a community, working with builders, inspections, contracts, timelines, and some of the things you should know before making a decision.
I bring more than 20 years of hands-on construction and remodeling experience to these conversations, and my goal is simple: help you better understand the process so you can make an informed decision when the time is right.
And you won’t leave empty-handed. Every attendee will receive a copy of my New Construction Resource Guide, packed with useful information, checklists, tips, and things to consider as you navigate the new-construction buying process.
Your coffee is on me, too.
No sales presentation. No pressure. Just coffee, conversation, useful information, and answers to your questions.
