About this Event
Join us for a fun Saturday morning at RIFT for Coffee & Core : a 30-minute core-focused workout followed by coffee, good vibes, and time to hang out with the community!
Whether you're a RIFT member, bringing a friend, or just interested in a good core workout with great coffee; everyone is welcome! This event is a great way to get your weekend started, meet new people, and enjoy a workout without taking up your whole morning.

Please bring a mat if you have one (we’ll have a limited number available) and water, as the class will be held outdoors.
