About this Event
Take a trip through old Edgartown with Leo Convery, lifelong Edgartown resident and local historian, using historic postcards to bring the town’s people, places and changing landscape to life. Presented in conjunction with Leo Convery: A Lifetime of Carving at The Carnegie.
Join Leo for a very personal trip through old Edgartown, from its familiar streets and buildings to long-gone businesses, neighborhoods and the working waterfront. Along the way, Leo will add his own memories and stories of a town he has called home for more than 90 years.
Part history, part personal recollection, Postcards from Edgartown offers a rare chance to see the town through both the postcards that captured it and the eyes of someone who remembers so much of it firsthand.
