One thing I’ve noticed after almost every workshop or event I host…
People ask, “When are we meeting up again?”
And that tells me something.
People don’t just want a one-off workshop. They want somewhere they can pause, connect and take stock.
A space where there’s no pressure to perform, achieve or have everything figured out.
Just people coming together.
So, based on the feedback I’ve received, I’m introducing Coffee & Connect, a monthly meetup.

Nothing formal. No preparation required. No judgement.
Just a community that gets you.
And who knows what can grow from that?
New friendships. Social events. Collaborations. Conversations that lead somewhere unexpected. Or simply having somewhere you genuinely feel you belong.
📅 Our first Coffee & Connect is 1st October | 6.30pm.
And it doesn’t stop with the people in the room. Part of the money raised through Coffee & Connect will go towards supporting charities working in mental health and wellbeing.
Come as you are. Stay for the coffee, the conversation or whatever grows from it.
