About this Event
This isn't brunch. This isn't a gym class.
After Burn is Denver's high-energy, sober-friendly morning experience that starts with a heart-pounding Barry's Bootcamp workout and ends in a full-on dance party. All before 2 PM. All without the hangover.
Think curated drinks (matcha martini, anyone?), house music, disco vibe, a live DJ, wellness vendors, and a room full of people who are there for the same purpose as you!
Every ticket supports a cause. We're raffling off wellness prizes at the event — all proceeds go to Children’s Hospital Colorado. Show up, have the best morning of your life, and give back while you're at it.
Only 25 early bird tickets available. Once they're gone, they're gone.

- 10:15 AM - Doors open, social hour begins
- 11:00 AM - Barry's Bootcamp Workout starts
- 12:00 PM - Vendors + Social hour + dance party
Ticket Options
Full Experience ($18 Early Bird / $25 General / $30 Door) Barry's Bootcamp class + dance party + 1 complimentary curated drink + vendor pop-ups. Arrive by 10:15 AM.
Dance Pass ($10 Early Bird / $15 General / $20 Door) Skip the workout, join the party. Arrive at 12:15 PM for the DJ set, dance party, 1 complimentary curated drink, and vendor pop-ups.

- Yoga Mat (if you don't have one, we have extras!)
- Wear your workout gear — you'll dance in it too
