Come sweat with us! Join Code 622 for the launch of Iron Cycle Club's NEW CLASS - MOMENTUM! This is a hybrid class incorporating full body, Pilates inspired movement with added resistance of bands and light weights. This 45 minute class will have you feeling the burn as you move to the beat found IN DA CLUB!
Please bring your own mat and we'll have the bands, blocks and weights for you.
