Cocktails Under The Stars 2022 - Vendor Tickets

Hello Vendors,

It is an honor to have you apart of Cocktails Under the Stars

Benefiting Will to Fight Organization

This evening will consist of beautiful music 10 food vendors, 4 dessert vendors, and 6 Beverage Vendors.

6pm to 7pm VIP HOUR

7 to 10pm General Admission

Food vendors will agree to give $10 meal to vip ticket holders. (Only 50 Vip tickets will be sold. You will not have to vend for all 50 as they will get a choice of which vendor to get their meal from. You can sell anything else if they do not have a ticket.

Beverage Vendors are only allowed to sell pre packaged or customized Drinks during the event. You are not allowed to serve full drinks or Wine.

Dessert Vendors - We encourage samples to be given out to guest throughout the evening and you may sell your desserts.

Every vendor must provide catering license, liquor license, or serv safe license. Insurance is also required. If you need help obtaining insurance or day of licensure please contact us (our insurance for the day will cost $125). Cocktails under the stars needs to be the 3rd party listed on the the insurance for this event.

We are expecting 150 to 200 guest throughout the night.

We provide 1 6ft table and black table cloth

This is an upscale casual event. Please come dressed in evening cocktail wear with comfort and have a presentation fit for an upscale environment.

There is no electricity so bring what you need for power and to execute your stand.

Limited Wifi will be provided.

You will be given 2 wristbands for your table. If you need more than 2 they will be $10 Each
