Join us for a chic and unique evening of conversation, connection, reflection, and celebration as three experiences come together in the Mosaic District of Fairfax!
The evening will bring the return of Cocktails and Conversations, but now on another level. Cocktails and Conversations 2.0 will introduce The Authentic Belonging Experience, as well as a new collaboration with Kendra Scott. Each element of the evening will add something distinct to a night designed to feel warm, sophisticated, engaging, and memorable.
The Sip & Social: Cocktails and Conversations
The evening’s theme—Clarity, Connection & a Little Sparkle—will come to life through three specially selected drinks created to complement the experience.
Guests will enjoy the featured beverages, alongside delectable hors d’oeuvres. You will hear about the inspiration behind each cocktail for the evening's occasion. The curated cocktails provide the perfect backdrop for you to sip, connect with others, and settle into the evening.
The Experience: The Authentic Belonging Experience
The elevated cocktails and conversations will also mark the launch of The Authentic Belonging Planner: A 30-Day Guide for Women Leaders Navigating Identity, Voice, and Visibility, created by Dr. Lisa-Marie Aird.
Dr. Lisa-Marie Aird will introduce guests to the thinking behind the planner and the experience at its center: beginning with greater clarity about who you are and what matters to you, then paying attention to how you experience belonging in the spaces around you.
Through a brief presentation and guided conversation, guests will be invited to consider identity, voice, visibility, self-definition, and what their own lived experiences may be showing them.
The planner does not tell a woman who she should become. It creates space for her to become clearer about who she already is, what matters to her, and what she wants to carry forward.
