Welcome to Cocktail Club: The Lab Experience Vol. 1, an interactive experience by the Los Angeles Tequila Club in collaboration with the University of Mixology featuring Gran Diamante Tequila, designed for anyone who wants to understand what actually makes a great cocktail.
Featuring a specially selected tequila brand, we’ll go beyond simply following a recipe and explore aromas, flavors, balance, ingredients, structure, and technique as we build each drink.

- Make and enjoy 2–3 different tequila cocktails
• Explore the featured tequila and what makes it unique
• Learn how sweetness, acidity, dilution, aroma, and flavor work together
