About this Event
In an increasingly digital world, the ability to create impactful in-person coaching experiences remains a powerful and distinctive skill. This interactive workshop will provide practical tools, experiential activities, fresh ideas and opportunities to deepen your coaching presence and confidence in live coaching environments.
Led by Martin Hill, Programme Leader for the ILM Level 7 Coaching and Mentoring Qualifications and the ILM Level 7 Supervision Qualifications, this session combines practical learning with reflection, networking and peer coaching opportunities.
Practical activities will include:
- Using coaching image cards
- Scaling as a physical and kinaesthetic coaching activity
- Introduction to systemic and constellation coaching approaches
- Interactive peer coaching exercises
During the CPD event, participants will have the opportunity to experience and practise practical face-to-face coaching activities, explore ways to make coaching conversations more engaging and memorable, and develop confidence in using creative and kinaesthetic coaching approaches. They will also be able to network and co-coach while reflecting on how experiential methods can deepen client insight and learning.
