Overview: Part of Collectivity's Leadership Coaching Series, this workshop stands alone while also building on concepts from the broader three-session cohort. Learn when to coach, facilitate, or direct, practice techniques for productive conversations, and gain tools to navigate conflict and encourage meaningful participation.
Learning objectives
By the end of this session, participants will:
- Know when to coach, facilitate, or direct.
- Practice asking questions that promote reflection rather than provide answers.
- Learn facilitation structures that create inclusive participation
- Build confidence navigating disagreement and conflict
- Leave with practical tools they can use immediately with staff, boards, and partners.
