About this Event
In today’s over-scheduled world, decision fatigue and burnout are real.
Forest Therapy offers a structured, research-backedway to pause, reflect, and gain clarity. Through guided walks in nature, you are invited to reconnect with what matters most. Using nature's restorative power fosters introspection and exploration. As the guide, Kathleen will facilitates a safe and gentle walk, invite sensory connection, work in partnership with nature, offer invitations, offer hospitality, and practice professional standards.
The moderate walk will be approximately 2 miles on uneven ground. Good walking shoes and water are encouraged. We will meet at 9am at the Jockey Hollow Visitor Center (Tempe Wick Rd, Morristown, NJ 07960). Allow 90 minutes to 2 hours for the experience. Tickets will be priced for members and non-members alike, but members will get a discounted price!
Please note the location has limited cell coverage; please text or call Kathleen (407-923-5429) if you have questions or needs prior to 8:30am on Friday, October 9th.
