About this Event
Good health begins in the gut, and fibre is one of the most important yet under-consumed nutrients in modern diets.
In the UK, around 96% of adults are not meeting recommended daily fibre intake, with wide-reaching effects on digestion, energy levels, appetite regulation, and long-term metabolic health.
In this practical and clinically informed session, CNM Graduate Farzanah Nasser introduces the key principles behind her new book The Everyday High-Fibre Plan. The focus is simple but powerful: how achieving 30g of fibre per day can support meaningful improvements across multiple body systems.
This talk translates current nutritional science into realistic, everyday application showing how small, consistent dietary changes can improve gut function and overall wellbeing.
Discover
- The essential role of fibre in digestive and gut health
- How fibre influences energy, cravings, and metabolic balance
- The connection between fibre intake and the gut microbiome
- Why most people fall short of daily fibre requirements
- Simple, practical strategies to reach 30g of fibre per day
- How to structure meals for consistency and long-term results
