One more family ride before winter. This is our last Pedal Party of 2026, and we'd love to see you and your kids out at East Fork.We start with a short skills clinic led by a certified coach: braking, shifting, and how to stand up on the bike when the trail gets bumpy. Then we head out on easy singletrack at a chill pace and regroup at every intersection. Your crew can head back early whenever they've had enough.
Meet at the East Fork South Trailhead.
This ride is for kids 6 and up, with a parent or guardian riding alongside them the whole time. Ride leaders can't watch kids on a parent's behalf, so plan to ride too.
The ride is free. Every rider signs the CMBC waiver on Hivepass before rolling out, and parents sign for their kids: https://go.hivepass.app/oZGc
What to bring:
• A bike that fits, with tires aired up and brakes working
• A helmet for every rider
• Water and a snack
• Layers and gloves for a November morning
• Closed-toe shoes
