CLUBBELL WARRIOR TRAINING — DECEMBER 2ND! Ever wanted to try a workout that’s a little different from the usual gym routine? Come discover the power of clubbell training!
Clubbells are weighted, club-shaped training tools that challenge your body in a unique way. Unlike traditional weights, their offset center of mass creates a different challenge for your grip, shoulders, core, and entire body as you move them through dynamic, rotational patterns.
 Why train with clubbells?
Build functional strength — challenge your body through dynamic, full-body movements.
Develop rotational power — explore how your body generates and transfers force through rotation.
Improve coordination and body control — learn to control the weight as it moves through space.
Build strength and mobility — work on controlled movement through different ranges of motion.
Try something new! — discover a fun, unconventional way to move, train, and challenge yourself.
NEVER USED CLUBBELLS BEFORE? NO PROBLEM! This workshop welcomes complete beginners. You don’t need any prior experience — just bring your curiosity and willingness to learn!
