Every Sunday! Starting November 15th through December 20th (no classes held on 12/13).
Ages 4-12 years: 11:45am-12:30pm
PRCICE: $200/5 week session.
CLUB Sports Adaptive Gymnastics uses fun, movement-based activities to support children's development in an inclusive and supportive environment. As always, siblings are welcome to sign up as peer models!
NOTE: Class times on 11/22 time will begin at 1:00pm OR 1:45pm due to CLUB Adaptive’s annual Turkey Trot in the morning. There will be NO classes on 12/13/26.
Through jumping, climbing, balancing, swinging, and navigating obstacle courses, children receive valuable sensory input that supports body awareness, coordination, motor planning, balance, and regulation.
Activities are adapted to each child's abilities and needs, helping build strength, confidence, and independence while encouraging exploration, skill development, and enjoyment of movement.
