Forum 2: Risk Management & Good Governance
As clubs continue to grow, so too does the range of operational and reputational risks they may face. This forum will explore how clubs can effectively identify, assess and manage these risks, while applying good governance principles to support strong decision-making and long-term sustainability.
Attendees will have the opportunity to discuss common challenges faced by community clubs, share experiences with fellow club leaders and hear expert insight on managing risk effectively.
This event is strongly recommended for all 2-star and 3-star clubs currently engaged in, or looking to become involved with, the Thriving Community Club Programme.
