Discover a profound shift in well-being at our monthly “Clinical Crystal Sound Bath & Reiki Circle”.The Experience: with Reiki Master Teacher, Kathy Farraye~
In collaboration with Tara L. James, MSW, LCSW, of Blue Lotus ccs.
We begin with a brief consultation to set your personal intention. Once you are resting comfortably, a grounding meditation will lead into short individual Reiki treatments, following with a group Crystal Bowl Sound Bath.
Your experience is held and shared in a safe, confidential space with a licensed mental healthcare provider present.
By combining Targeted Sound Resonance with Reiki—a gentle biofield modality—this protocol facilitates deep nervous system regulation and restorative healing.
If you choose to share your personal experiences during our circle, your vulnerability is welcomed, deeply honored, and professionally supported!
This experience in deep relaxation is known to lower your heart rate, reduce cortisol, and shift your nervous system from stress into deep recovery. These techniques are designed to resolve bioenergetic imbalances and support your body’s natural homeostatic functions.
