We begin with a brief consultation to set your personal intention. Once you are resting comfortably, a grounding meditation will lead into short individual Reiki treatments, following with a group Crystal Bowl Sound Bath.
As high-frequency resonance fills the room, you will experience a rejuvenating "sonic massage."
By combining Targeted Sound Resonance with Reiki—a gentle biofield modality—this protocol facilitates deep nervous system regulation and restorative healing.
