About this Event
Course Description
Successful periodontal therapy requires more than selecting the right instrument; it also requires choosing the most appropriate treatment modality for each clinical situation.
Through case-based discussion and interactive hands-on learning stations, participants will explore how client assessment, root anatomy, deposit characteristics, and disease presentation influence clinical decision-making. Participants will rotate through air polishing, power piezo instrumentation, and advanced hand instrumentation selection to build confidence in techniques that enhance efficiency, clinical outcomes, and client-centred care.
This evidence-informed program bridges assessment, treatment planning, and instrumentation, providing practical strategies that clinicians can implement immediately to enhance non-surgical periodontal therapy.
