Join Thrive Retreats & Events for Climb. Connect. Thrive., a unique half-day outdoor wellness experience that blends adventure & mindfulnessAbout this Event
Challenge yourself. Build confidence. Find your people.
Growth doesn’t always happen in a quiet room. Sometimes it begins with a single step onto a rope bridge.
Join Thrive Retreats & Events for Climb. Connect. Thrive., a unique half-day outdoor wellness experience that blends adventure, mindfulness, and meaningful connection in the beautiful setting of John Boyd Thacher State Park.
We’ll begin the day at the WildPlay. Starting with introductions and brief a mindfulness exercise before continuing to the aerial adventure course. On the course, you’ll navigate suspended bridges, balance challenges, and zip lines, all at your own pace. Whether you’re stepping outside your comfort zone for the first time or simply looking for a fun new experience, this adventure offers an opportunity to build confidence, resilience, and trust in yourself.
After our climb, we’ll gather for a relaxed picnic-style lunch in one of New York’s most breathtaking parks. Through guided reflection, engaging conversation, and a calming breathwork practice, you’ll have the opportunity to process your experience, celebrate your accomplishments, and connect with others in a welcoming and supportive environment.
This isn’t about being the fastest or the strongest.
It’s about discovering what you’re capable of.
