About this Event
Climate Cuts is BACK this autumn! 🌱🎬
We’re kicking off our new programme with Common Ground - an evening exploring food, nature and the shared spaces around us.
Join us for a specially curated selection of short films exploring themes including local food growing, biodiversity, parks, land, local food systems and the ways we collectively care for the places around us.
Alongside the films, we’ll hear from local speakers giving lightning talks, bringing their own ideas, experiences and perspectives into the conversation.
And, of course, there’ll be plenty of refreshments, cheese, wine and good company! 🧀🍷
After the films and talks, stick around in our café space for a chance to chat, share ideas and discuss the themes of the evening with fellow audience members and speakers.
🎟️ Tickets
Tickets are available on a sliding scale, with proceeds going towards supporting our community programming.
We also have a free allocation of tickets available for local community members using the code SKFREE at checkout.
🌱 About Climate Cuts
Climate Cuts is a community film programme exploring climate, nature and our relationship with the world around us through film, conversation and shared experiences.
The programme is curated by local volunteers at Brinksway Cinema Club and is supported by funding from the Groundwork Grassroots Fund and An Actions Common CIC, with thanks.
Come along, watch some films, hear from local voices, enjoy some refreshments and get stuck into the conversation.
