About this Event
CLEAR. CENTER. RECEIVE.
A Holiday Reset Through art connection, good food & treats.
Before the holiday season fills your calendar, take time to clear your mind, reconnect with yourself, and intentionally prepare for what lies ahead.
Join Mindful Meta Art at Lorraine’s Bake Shop for an intimate guided experience designed to help you release emotional and mental clutter, return to your center, and make room for what matters most.
Facilitated by artist and creative wellness practitioner Alana Enfinity, the session combines guided reflection with a meaningful creative process. No previous art experience is required—just come open, ready to breathe, create, and receive.
Your experience includes:
• A guided Mindful Meta Art session
• All creative materials
• A curated meal by Chris Sanders of Good Vibez Catering
• Dessert from Lorraine’s Bake Shop
• An inviting space for reflection, creativity, nourishment, and connection
Come release what feels heavy, nourish yourself in more than one way, and enter the holiday season feeling grounded, open, and prepared.
