Join us for Spiritual Hygiene 101, an introductory workshop designed to help you understand the foundations of energetic cleansing, protection, and maintaining a spiritual practice that feels personal and aligned.
During this workshop, we’ll explore:

🌙 How the elements can support your spiritual practice
🧂 The role of salts, herbs, crystals, smoke, water, and other cleansing tools

Whether you’re completely new to spiritual practices or looking to refresh your existing routine, this workshop offers approachable tools and knowledge you can begin using right away.
Before the Workshop
Doors open at 7:15 PM, giving you time to arrive, explore the shop, enjoy something from our Tea Bar, and shop before the workshop begins.
