Get your hands in the clay and make something you’ll actually want to keep!Join us for Clay Mug Making , a two-part hands-on workshop where you’ll go from a lump of clay to your own finished pieces.
✨️In Part 1, we’ll get into the basics of handbuilding and try out pinch, coil and slab techniques. You’ll have the chance to create up to three pieces, with plenty of room to experiment, get a little messy and make something that’s completely your own.
✨️Then, once your pieces have been bisque fired, we’ll come back together for Part 2 to explore glazing, play with combinations and give your creations their finishing touches.
No pottery experience needed. Just bring your curiosity, clothes you don’t mind getting dirty and a willingness to embrace the imperfect.
