Our first Maker Night is on the calendar, and Stephanie from the Nesting Garden is kicking it off.We’ll be making clay diffuser stones. You press leaves, flowers and stamps into the clay to make each one your own, then add a few drops of essential oil once it’s finished. The clay soaks it up and lets the scent out slowly, so it sits on your nightstand or desk smelling good for a long time. No experience needed. If you can press a leaf into something, you’re qualified.
And here’s the part I’m most excited about. Stephanie is adding a new line of jams, sauces, butters and honey to her shop, and she hasn’t decided which ones make the cut yet. So while we’re crafting and chatting, you’ll be tasting. Tell her what you love, what you’d buy, and what she should skip. You’re basically the tasting panel.
