Uncovering the Truths of AI in Your Business
How to Dominate and Survive with AI
Most business owners have tried an AI tool once, typed in a question, got a generic answer and quietly gone back to doing everything by hand. Nobody showed you how the thing works, so you used a very expensive tool like a very average search engine, and then wrote it off.
This is the session that fixes that. We spend 3 hours on one tool, Claude, and we go through the whole platform properly: what each part is for, what it's brilliant at, what it's rubbish at, and where the line sits between the 2. By the end you have a working setup, and opinions about AI that come from having used it.
What we build together in the room.
Your first Claude Project. We load in your brand guidelines, your tone of voice and the way you talk about what you do, so every piece of content Claude produces sounds like your business. If your current output sounds like a press release from a bank, this is where that stops.
Your first Skill, which is a reusable set of instructions you write once and Claude follows every time, so the thing you keep re-explaining gets explained exactly once.
Real marketing content for your business, produced in the session, on brand and ready to use. Your company, your words, your customers.
We also work out, live, where Claude will save you money on day-to-day admin, because the point of this is hours back every week, and putting those hours into the conversations that bring revenue in.
Who this is for.
Business owners, directors, office managers and anyone who runs the day-to-day. You need no technical knowledge whatsoever. What you do need is creative thinking and the ability to explain what your business does and how you run it. If you can explain your business to a new starter over a coffee, you can do this.
What you'll leave with.
A clear understanding of the whole Claude platform, a Project set up with your brand guidelines, your first working Skill, a batch of on-brand marketing content, and a shortlist of the admin tasks Claude should be taking off your plate first.
What to bring.
A laptop and a Claude account on a paid plan (Pro is enough). If you have a brand guide, a tone of voice document or a few examples of your best marketing, bring those too. If you don't, that's fine, we'll extract it from you in the room.
How we run it.
Every Get AI Powers session is hands-on and built on your business. You bring a laptop and you bring the knowledge of how your company works, because that is the part we cannot supply. We bring the method. By the end you have something running that you built yourself and understand well enough to keep building on Monday. We treat Claude like a new member of staff who has just started: you onboard it, you brief it properly, then you hand it real work and check what comes back. Buying the licence is 10% of the job. The other 90% is getting people to change how they work, and that is what we do for a living.
Your hosts.
George Cairns is the co-founder of Get AI Powers, a certified Anthropic partner. He is a certified Claude Architect and Practitioner, trained by Anthropic, and he spends his weeks running multi-week Claude programmes inside real companies: a London asset manager with 34 users across 5 teams including a regulated compliance function, a healthcare leadership team of 12, a recruitment firm, a brewery.
