Ready to move beyond one-off AI prompts? This hands-on workshop helps winery professionals build practical Claude-powered systems for customer communication, daily operations, content planning, and scheduled workflows.
This session focuses on combining Skills, Connectors, saved prompts, and Claude Cowork into repeatable operating routines. You will create systems that help draft review responses, organize booking and wine-club inquiries, prepare weekly social content, and handle selected booking inquiries before the workday begins.
You will also see how a weekly business digest can bring together sales, inventory, and event-calendar information into one useful briefing.
What you’ll work on:
- A review-response workflow using Claude and Gmail
- A daily inbox-triage system for booking and wine-club inquiries
- A weekly content-planning workflow using winery releases and event information
- A scheduled overnight inquiry workflow that creates drafts and checks calendar availability
- A demonstration of a multi-source Monday business digest for sales, inventory, and upcoming events
This is a working session for winery owners, managers, hospitality teams, marketing staff, and operations professionals who want to turn AI capabilities into dependable business routines. You will leave with practical workflows and prompts that can be adapted to your winery’s processes.
