About Tringa Sadiku
Tringa Sadiku began her musical journey at the age of seven, studying guitar at the "Tefta Tashko" music school in Mitrovica, Kosovo. Her passion for the instrument led her to the Academy of Arts in Prishtina, where she studied under the guidance of professors Xhevdet Sahatxhija and Drilon Çoçaj. Throughout her studies, Sadiku was awarded several scholarships to attend masterclasses with renowned guitarists, and she has performed at prestigious festivals such as the Akademia Gitary Festiwal in Poland, Berlin Guitar Festival, ReMusica, Chopin Piano Festival, Dam Festival, Manifesta Biennal, and the final concert of the Kosovo Philharmonic season 2020/21, among others.
Currently, Sadiku is pursuing a second bachelor's degree in guitar performance at the Universität für Kunst und Darstellende Kunst in Graz, Austria, under the mentorship of professors Łukasz Kuropaczewski and Paolo Pegoraro. As she refines her craft, her artistry combines a strong foundation in music with a keen openness to new creative ideas. Sadiku regularly performs both as a soloist and as a member of various ensembles, showcasing her versatility and musical expression.
