About this Event
Formerly known as Youth in a Roman Field, Claire Wellin is a genre defying artist and teacher who uses music to break us open—to each other, to ourselves, and to new ways of seeing and being. Her classical training in voice, violin and acting for a very young age engenders a rare depth, poise and expertise. One cannot help but be moved by her disarmingly raw yet polished, delicate yet ecstatic expressions that seem to issue forth from a chasm in the earth and spiral into the dark sky, illuminating who we are like flashes of lightning.
