About this Event
It is January 1933, and your presence has been requested as a detective to investigate the lobby of the Gravesend Inn, a Brooklyn hotel whose owners passed in a fatal carriage accident nearly 40 years ago. In the years since that fateful day, the hotel has managed to keep its doors open, but has taken on a darker tone... Eerie whispers are heard throughout the halls, and guests have started disappearing after check in without a trace. Can you Escape from the Gravesend Inn, or will you vanish like the others?
This 30-45 minute escape room experience is presented by City Tech Theatreworks and is built and operated by students and faculty from the City Tech Entertainment Technology and Emerging Media departments.
During this experience, you and your team of detectives will investigate the strange occurrences and disappearances that have been going on at the Gravesend Inn, solving puzzles and interactive challenges. Work together to escape… if you can.
