Join the City of Ocala for Customer Appreciation Day!
We’re celebrating the residents we proudly serve with an evening of community fun, food, music, and exclusive utility bill‑credit vouchers for current City of Ocala customers.

Location: Citizens’ Circle, 151 SE Osceola Ave., Ocala, FL
Come meet the teams who help keep Ocala running every day — Ocala Electric Utility (OEU), Ocala Fiber Network (OFN), Water Resources, Public Works Sanitation, and other City departments. Enjoy bucket‑truck rides, face painting, a live DJ, and refreshments offered while supplies last.
Utility Bill‑Credit Vouchers
Current City of Ocala utility customers are eligible to receive:
• One voucher per utility service, including:
– Ocala Electric Utility (OEU)
– Ocala Fiber Network (OFN)
– Water Resources
– Public Works Sanitation
• One voucher per household per utility
• Verification of customer status is required at the event
This means qualifying households may receive up to four bill‑credit vouchers — one for each service, provided they are active customers. Vouchers are limited and available on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
