The City of Battle Creek Department of Public Works' Environmental Services Division is hosting their annual Krazy for the Kazoo Stewardship Day!📅 Saturday, Oct. 3, 2026

📍 Volunteers will meet at the City of Battle Creek Department of Public Works - located at 150 S. Kendall St., Battle Creek

The City of Battle Creek invites community members to join us for a morning of stewardship and service.
Those interested in volunteering will spend the morning walking our linear paths, at our local parks, or near the Kalamazoo and Battle Creek rivers, their tributaries, lakes, and ponds to remove trash and conduct a variety of conservation activities.
These activities may include flower and/or tree plantings, rain garden and storm pond restoration, invasive species removal, and trash pickup. Various locations are available for cleanup and stewardship projects.
🍩 Donuts and boxed lunches will be provided for registered volunteers. 🥪
