The City of Pendleton celebrated the dedication of its City Hall and Public Library facilities on Nov. 9, 1996. In a little more than a week, the City will rededicate the campus to celebrate 30 years in this facility. We invite the community to celebrate with us during a brief ceremony at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 9, at City Hall.
